Learning Outcomes
Participants will:

- Identify ethical dilemmas and quality standards in AI-OCM work
- Differentiate when and how AI co-creation and AI automation can enhance OCM tasks (readiness, comms, risk, feedback)
- Gain hands-on experience with AI aligned to change initiatives
- Develop an MVP integration plan for their team or organization
