Change Management Career Network
In the Change Management Career Network, we strengthen your capability and execution power as a professional change leader on a career journey. How do you work with your personal netword to advance your career? We work actively with experience sharing, peer sparring, case work, and dialogue training – both in terms of existing capabilities and in relation to prospective new employers.
The network is designed for change managers, specialists, and project leads with responsibility for professional change initiatives across all types of organisations. We explore all types and shapes of change activities through a deep dive professional lense.
We bring together both experienced and emerging change leaders who want to strengthen their professional position, increase their visibility, and clarify an active career path.
We explore the job market, key trends and challenges in the change discipline, roles and responsibilities, personal network building, and professional positioning.
You will develop a clear and compelling narrative about yourself and your capabilities as a change manager.
We work in pairs (buddies) and small groups, and reflect on personal change contexts. Each session provides practical, immediately applicable frameworks and methods. Please allow approximately 10–15 minutes of preparation ahead of each meeting.
Practical information
The network will run with a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 24 participants.
The programme consists of:
2 in-person sessions
3 hours bi-monthly, featuring cases, simulations, mini-workshops, and hands-on exercises.
3 online sessions
(50 minutes bi-monthly), focusing on career and change themes, peer sparring, and interactive exercises.

Career Network for Tech and IT-specialists
The purpose of the network is to strengthen participants’ career development, professional profile, and execution capability in Tech and IT roles through experience sharing, peer sparring on real-life challenges, and focused training in communicating technological expertise and results – both in the current role and to prospective new employers.
The network is intended for Tech and IT specialists, system architects, project managers, and digital consultants who want to advance their career journey, expand their professional network, and articulate their technical contribution more clearly. The network brings together both experienced specialists and emerging talent across sectors and technologies.
Within the network, you work in a focused and structured way with your personal profile and professional identity. You gain deeper insight into your strengths, motivational drivers, and energy patterns, and build a clearer foundation for communicating your value and making conscious career choices. The personal profile work strengthens your professional footing and your ability to position yourself more distinctly and authentically – both in your role and in the job market.

3 online sessions
(50 minutes bi-monthly) focusing on Tech and IT career themes such as certifications, self-leadership, digital teamwork, leading teams, or personal branding of IT competencies. Formats alternate between peer sparring, pitch training, current dilemmas, and interactive discussions, with ongoing opportunities to raise your own questions and receive collegial feedback.

Leadership Career Network
The purpose of the leadership Career Network is to carve out a clear and distinct career path in a leadership role. We will strengthen your leadership capability and personal leadership development through experience sharing, professional peer sparring, and targeted practical exercises.
You practise structured reflection on your leadership practice, work with current leadership challenges, and develop your communication and professional positioning – both in your current role and in relation to new prospective employers.
The network is designed for leaders at different levels, with or without line management responsibility, who want to further develop their leadership role, expand their professional network, and gain new perspectives across industries and organisational levels. The network brings together both experienced and emerging leaders who want to strengthen their leadership impact and their ability to communicate leadership outcomes clearly. Please allow 10–15 minutes of preparation ahead of each meeting.

The programme consists of:
2 in-person sessions
3 hours bi-monthly, featuring dialogue-based content, case work, short inputs, and practical exercises grounded in leadership challenges drawn from participants’ own work contexts.
3 online sessions
(50 minutes every other month), focusing on current leadership themes, peer sparring, mini-breakouts, and other interactive formats. The sessions span core leadership disciplines and include training in articulating capabilities and intuition in the leadership role.
