Leadership Forum
MindAction invites leaders to become member of a confidential, progressive network of leaders, where you work purposefully with your leadership practice. You join a forum of leaders from different leadership levels and industries, where diversity of roles and contexts sparks fresh perspectives and solutions.
The network creates space for exploration of leadership dilemmas, strategic peer sparring and rich exchange of experiences. Each meeting combines interaction, short inputs, discussions, relevant cases, your specific issues and simulations designed to challenge your thinking and translate insight into practical action.
You leave with specific actions you can apply directly to your leadership role. The network facilitator prepares, structures and guides the sessions so the group utilises the time actively on sparring and solutions to real, current dilemmas rather than abstractions.
Meetings take place in person from 14:30 to 16:30, giving you a focused window for reflection in a busy working day. You become part of a strategic “safe haven” that sharpens your decision-making and inspires clearer, more deliberate leadership behaviour.
The network welcomes up to 24 leaders per cohort and consists of six meetings per year.
The network is launched once six participants have registered. First meeting March 25th 2026.
